Are GM Foods Safe? | Health

Are genetically modified (GM) foods safe? Well I guess that would depend on who you listen to and believe. According to proponents of GM foods they are are safe to eat and more nutritious, benefit the environment, and have no risks different from naturally bred crops. The Center for Food Safety has published The True Food Shoppers Guide how to avoid foods made with GMOs and is available for free on the The True Food Network website.
